Mar 4: Auto refresh on flyer, updates to flyer (prizes), sponsors (RV INNO), search words on index.
Mar 6: Bethel 2003 hard link on index page, "missing frames" link on index page, redid frames page, open weather button in new window (need to do all links in frame like that)
Mar 8: Took out references to sweep day

Mar 18: Race summaries posted for the last two weeks, finally. Updated links to Bikereg.com. Put in auto-refresh on flyer page as a lot of people are not seeing the newest links. Link to optimal settings on index page.
Mar 19: Lost and Found added, link from index page.
Mar 24: Links to March 30 race done, sweep references removed, results posted, most race reports done.
Mar 25: Email link on results page corrected.
Mar 26: GC results posted (finally). CT Rep info updated :)

Apr 1: Finally updated site with March 30 results.
Apr 8: Updated site with April 6 results. NO GC yet as I'm too tired to do it. A few corrections to prior weeks but not all of them are in place. Oops. Overwrote the March 30 GC so will have to restore from backup location tomorrow.
Apr 9: Updated GC, bikereg links, front pic.
May 2: Updated final GC finally (sorry bout the delay). Last day, Individual GC, and Team GC updated.

Jan 7: Updated index, left frame, and changes page.
Jan 27: Site Version 2.0. Three frames. Updated all pages with new blue theme, 2004 labels, new dates, new sponsors, new leaders jerseys, couple graphics.
Jan 30: Permit number put in. Updated index, flyer, and shart pages.
Feb 2: corrected Shart date to Feb 29.
Feb 9: updated BikeReg.com link to reflect all of the Series.
Feb 10: updated index page to reflect some rule corrections/clarifications.
Feb 23: updated sponsors to reflect DeFeet and to have CTS logo in there, new ones get a red "NEW!" after them now. 
Feb 25: updated the About page to list the Tri-State Velo espoirs announcement which lists Carpe Diem as a supporter.
Feb 26: updated links page to include Cycle Center team, updated index for Sweep Day (included 10 AM time for both flyer and index page). Also moved racelistings in links list. New mini map with icons etc for Shart.
Mar 8: updated results for first week races. Need to update overall and race reports. Part 2: uploaded race reports. Corrected Eastwood to Westwood Velo (team name). changed some dates from 2003 to 2004. Part 3: corrected name and teams of misc people. Updated INDEX page to reflect gymnastics event. updated lost and found.
Mar 9: updated lost and found for more wheel info. corrected some race result info. put in blank weeks for other weekly results.
Mar 16: updated GC, Mar 14 results, lost and found, and Mar 7 corrections.

Jan 8: Site version 2.0 - whole site now has non-frame pages.  Created using NVU, a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) open source editor.  Includes race flyers (wrong dates), updated pages, navigation buttons.
